Conflict Minerals Policy (Sn, Ta, W, Au, Co and Mica)

As a good corporate citizen, Nanmat is committed to fulfilling its social responsibility and respecting human rights, and continues to focus on conflict minerals issues. It is our company policy to require our suppliers to undertake reasonable due diligence with the supply chain not only assured the metals are not sourced from mines in conflict areas, but also received a “conflict-free” designation by a global recognized organization such as the RMI (Responsible Minerals Initiative).

Since 2021, Nanmat has begun to require our cobalt suppliers to disclose information on smelters they sourced from and to ensure the cobalt mining activities no human rights violations, including child labors and unsafe working conditions. We will annually update our supplier surveys and expand our suppliers’ disclosure to continuously improve our responsible sourcing program, including encouraging these cobalt smelters to participate in relevant third-party audit programs.
