NanoMate® is an environmentally friendly metal coating without heavy metals, can provide high rust resistance, high brightness, high color transparency and other characteristics. It can be used as a top coat with anodized treatment or directly coat on the substrate and more metallic texture than powder coating.

Carbon Steel

Nanomate® metal coatings can be applied to different pre-treatment methods, such as sandblasting, vibration grinding or metal electroplating, to enhance the anti-rust properties and present metallic luster, making the product more valuable.

Stainless Steel

Adding pigments or anti-fingerprint additives in Nanomate® clear coating can be directly sprayed on stainless steel to provide colorful, scratch resistance, anti-fingerprint, anti-graffiti extra characteristics, for enhancing the product's additional value.
