1000 hours anti-rust and collision resistance

Nanomate® sealant can provide 1000 hours of high salt spray performance. As combined with the trivalent chromium zinc plating process can offer excellent rust resistance for galvanized fasteners. Even after the collision caused by the classification and packaging, the fasteners still retain excellent anti-rust performance.

Nanomate® sealant can be used on different metal coatings, such as galvanized, zinc-nickel plated, zinc-iron plated, etc.

Black sealant used in zinc-nickel alloys plating, Nanomate® 1811 passed the GMW16730 certification, and the Nanomate® 1810 transparent sealant passed the GMW4700 certification.

Low temperature baking application

Nanomate® 1810 can be baked at a low temperature of 80~120℃ and used for barrel plating transparent sealing. For example: This low-temperature process will not damage the embedded nylon material of the nylon nut.

High temperature applications

Nanomate® coating can withstand high temperatures. Even after high temperature baking of the anti-loosening process, it still retains high rust resistance.
