Nanmat Technology Co., Ltd. is a reinvestment enterprise of Nantex Industry Co., Ltd.. Since 1997, Nanmat Technology team has been committed to the development, production and sales of chemical vapor deposition (CVD/ALD) precursors and sealants products.
Chemical vapor deposition (CVD/ALD) precursors mainly provide high purity materials for semiconductor manufacturing process, extensively used in thin film process in semiconductor industry. Nanmat is one of the few companies in Taiwan that can provide advanced semiconductor process materials, and customer base covers all major semiconductor manufacturers in Taiwan and the world.
NanoMate® series products are NANMAT’s exclusive research and development of high anti-rust fastener sealants, which can be applied in the sealing or coating of fasteners, offering high salt spray performance of red rust for 1000 hours. Metal coatings can be added with pigments and other additives to increase the color and performance of the metal surface, such as hardness, wear resistance, fingerprint resistance, etc., thereby enhancing the added value of the product. There is not any heavy metal substances concern; green and environmentally friendly products, all comply with EU RoHS/WEEE/ELV/REACH regulations.
Based on the existing core technology, the development focus of Nanmat's materials is not only focusing on the improvement of existing technology, but also committed to complying with current ESG (environmental, social and governance) norms.
